Protect the Border Late August 2026 — Codes and Discord

Two things officers had been asking for since launch week arrived in late August 2026: a working code redemption system and a confirmed Discord link. This page records both changes with citations you can verify on the official experience page.

Code system is live

The Shop menu now has a Codes tab. You open Shop from the left side of the screen, press the Codes tab at the top, type a verified string, and press Redeem. Gold appears on your HUD. The first confirmed code is:

Official Discord confirmed

The experience description now includes discord.com/invite/dSCKRJzB6n. This is the first time the official page itself lists a Discord invite for Protect the Border. You can also reach it through The Evil Mafia group social links.

Always confirm the URL matches before joining. Fake Discords that promise codes or “admin access” are still the main phishing vector for this title. See Discord status for safety notes.

How to use these notes

If you logged in after 20 August and found a Codes tab in the Shop, redeem EVILREWARD immediately. 650 Gold buys a head start on an earnable class without touching Robux.

If you were waiting for Discord before joining a party, the link is live on the experience page. Use it to find a four-officer crew for Endless Mode.

When you have redeemed the code and joined the server, go back to the booth. The inspection checklist does not care whether you have Gold.

What these changes mean for new officers

The code system removes one of the longest-running search collisions for this title. Players who arrived from San Diego Border Roleplay or Secure the Border were used to redeeming strings on day one. Protect the Border held out for nearly two months. Now that EVILREWARD exists, the scam warning page is even more important: phishing sites that once promised “coming soon codes” now have a real string to clone.

The Discord confirmation matters for party finder. Endless Mode punishes dropouts harder than day shifts. A four-officer crew that communicates positions and ammo counts will hold longer than four solos who happen to queue together. The party roles sheet and the night survival guide assume you can talk to each other.

Neither change alters the booth loop. ID, face, trunk, next vehicle. The code gives you Gold, not skill. The Discord gives you teammates, not aim. Read Getting Started if you have not finished a clean day shift yet.
